Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nails, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened nail sets.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will be happy to help resolve the issue.

Please carefully check our size guide before ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect nail sizing chosen by the customer.

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase. After this time, orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
